The Rector of the National Defence Academy, Brigadier General Mamia Balakhadze, hosted Major General Arif Hasan Hasanov, the Deputy Rector of the National Defence University of Azerbaijan, and Erhan Afyoncu, the Rector of the National Defence University of Turkey. This meeting took place within the trilateral framework of the rectors of military educational institutions from Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Georgia.

LEPL - David Aghmashenebeli National Defence Academy of Georgia held an award ceremony to honor the outstanding bachelor's degree Junkers and their families.

An international student conference will take place in a hybrid format at the National Defence Academy on November 13-14, 2025. Students from Georgian and international higher education institutions are invited to participate in the conference.

The National Defence Academy welcomed Lieutenant Colonel Elshan Hasanov, the Head of the Cyber Security Service of the Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan, along with accompanying personnel, for a working visit.

An internal football tournament was held at the National Defence Academy, featuring eight teams comprised of the Junkers, trainees, and sergeants/officers. The final match was attended by Brigadier General Mamia Balakhadze, the Rector of the Academy, along with the heads of various structural units. In the championship game, the teams representing the fourth and second-year Junkers of the Junker Training Battalion faced off, with the second-year team emerging victorious.
