On May 9-13 of this year, the "52nd Commandant's Conference" planned by the joint organization of the NATO Defense College and the Baltic Defense College was held in Estonia, Tallinn. The Rector of the National Defence Academy, Brigadier General Mamia Balakhadze, and the head of the baccalaureate, Colonel Zurab Zerekidze attended the conference.

The cadets of the US Norwich University, along with their accompanying persons, paid an introductory visit to the National Defence Academy.

On May 4 of this year, a student conference was held at the National Defence Academy on a sectional basis, which included the following fields: informatics - information technologies, challenges, and trends; 21st-century conflicts on the Eurasian continent; challenges, prospects, and achievements in economics and management; modern engineering technologies.

On May 3 and 4, the National Defence Academy hosted the second-year cadets of the General Giorgi Kvinitadze Cadet Military Lyceum.

On April 1-8 of this year, Davit Tetunashvili, a third-year Junker of the National Defence Academy, was at the "Annual International Cadet Week" held at the University of North Georgia, USA, and participated in the "Challenges of Human Security" symposium.
