National Defence Academy celebrated its 21st Anniversary on 28th of May. In the framework of the event planned regarding the Anniversary, NDA Acting Commandant Lieutenant-Colonel Vasil Kopeikini delivered the presentation highlighting the events and changes carried out at the Academy during this year.

Today the Head of the Military Police Department of the Georgian Armed Forces General Staff, Colonel Kakhaber Chikhradze visited NDA. Colonel Chikhradze met with the NDA Captain Career School Listeners. The meeting had an introductory nature.

Today Deputy Defence Minister of Georgia Mikheil Darchiashvili, Head of the Information Center on NATO and EU, Elene Gotsadze, Rector of the Open University, Nodar Papukashvili and the students of this university visited NDA.

Today, in the framework of the projects “Georgian Language for the future success” and the “Learn Georgian, as the second Language” of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, the pupils of the LEPL - Marneuli Municipality Village Sabirkendi №1 Public School visited NDA.

Today was the conclusion of the three day training “Integrating a Gender Perspective and the Women, Peace and Security Agenda into the Security Sector”.
