Today started volleyball tournament in which Georgian Armed Forces military servicemen will be participating. NDA will be hosting the tournament. The winning teams will be awarded with medals and certificates. The team on the first place will be given the Cup.

Bachelor School Junkers started their academic year at NDA. Bachelor School freshmen received personal computers. Bachelor School gives Junkers an opportunity to receive military and civilian BA Degrees.

Deputy Rector of NDA Erekle Chigogidze and Heads of Educational Sector held a meeting with Junkers. During the meeting they discussed the curriculum, assessment guidelines, scholarships and exchange programs and also talked about the opportunities to receive a civilian education at the Bachelor School.

Rector of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University Vladimer Papava delivered a lecture to CGS School listeners. The subject of the lecture was Georgian Economy. The main subjects of the lecture were as follows, the perspectives of Georgian Economy in next 20 years, the influence of the existing political events on the economy,the importance of adopting the antimonopoly law and the export-import situation in Georgia. 

At National Defence Academy 258 Junkers of I and II courses received the Military Oath. Before receiving the military oath Academy Junkers and guests observed minute of silence in tribute to the memory of fallen Georgian Military Servicemen.
